We were born in May 2020 and became operational in February 2021 in Italy and in April 2023 in France. With a network of over 1,500 roadside assistance points, mechanical workshops, body shops, and tire shops, we offer a wide range of products and services to our business partners. In November 2022, we closed a Series A round of over 7.5 million euros necessary to scale the business internationally. Currently, in addition to the founders, there are angel investors, industrial investors such as Bene Assicurazioni and primary funds and VCs such as Synergo, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, The Techshop, and Doorway in the company's shareholder structure.

He has over 15 years of experience in consulting, insurance, assistance, and hospitality fields. He previously served as Marketing & Partnership Director of AmTrust Italy and Head of Marketing of Europ Assistance Italy.
Enrico Noseda
Advisor & Co-founder
He has over 20 years of experience in tech and innovation fields. He is currently the Chief Innovation Advisor of Cariplo Factory and formerly served as the General Manager of Skype Italy and Global Head of Skype Product Business Development of Microsoft.
Nicola Sarti
Managing Director International & Equity Patner
He has over 20 years of experience in the field, insurance, and assistance. He previously served as Managing Director & Board Member of ARC Europe, Managing Director of Europ Assistance Turkey, and Head of international automotive Europ Assistance.
Nicolò Zereik

He has over 10 years of experience in IT consulting, related to banking and insurance sectors. He is an architect and designer for AI solutions and process automation as Project Team Leader.
Andrea Rizzi
CFO
He has over 20 years of experience in tech, consulting, and start-up fields. He previously served as CFO of Thron and was a Professor on contract at Cà Foscari University and Senior in Deloitte.
