Digital roadside assistance

We have "digitized" all the processes that allow us to provide roadside assistance services to make them accessible in self-service (really!): from repairs at the scene of the breakdown, to emergency charging of EV vehicles on-site, to roadside assistance for all types of vehicles - motorcycles, cars, vans, and heavy vehicles. Is the driver in trouble and unable to request assistance digitally? No problem, our digital monitoring agents are operational 24/7 and ready to help at any time.

Services to continue your journey

The moment of vehicle breakdown is always very complicated and difficult, but we have thought of a range of services to make it easier to manage (really!): from rental of a replacement vehicle to access to shared mobility vehicles; from a taxi to return home, to booking a hotel or alternative means of transport to return to one's home, etc. We provide all the help necessary to enable the driver to continue his journey.

Vehicle repair and maintenance services

Thanks to our network not only of rescue but also of repair, we offer mechanical, bodywork, tire, etc services to solve all the problems that prevent the driver from continuing the journey. We have "digitized" repair and maintenance processes to enable our business partners to take advantage of our ‘Quattroruote’-certified repair services and manage the problems of the vehicles entrusted to their customers in a simple, smart and cost-effective way.

Real-time monitoring of provided services

Through the hlpy platform, our business partners have the ability to view in real-time all the information relating to a case being managed by our network, whether it is rescue or repair. Business partners such as insurance companies can use information related to an accident, accompanied by photographic and video reports (even with drone footage - when the service is available) in a first notification of loss (FNOL) logic with the possibility of integration with the company's systems.
